We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition. Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

We make size exchanges easy. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new size as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are free on your first exchange per order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Yes. All Reelraiment products come with a 6-month quality warranty against manufacturing defects including stitching failures, zipper defects, and fabric delamination under normal use. This does not cover wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, or improper care. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.
